SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling.
• For domestic shipping (within India) is free.
• Orders will be shipped 5-8 working days within India.
• For all international Shipping, we have flat shipping rates as follows:
1 pair: Rs. 2000
2 pairs: Rs. 2400
3 pairs: Rs. 2800
4 and above pairs (maximum of 6 pairs): Rs. 3200
**If you would like to place an order of above 6 pairs, we can let you know the shipping charges as per actuals after checking with our logistics company. Please do mail us your address on email@example.com so we can confirm the shipping charges.
• All international orders are prepaid - please make the payment for them through the payment gateway on the website. You will automatically get relocated to the payment page once you place your order.
• Our international orders normally take around 7 – 15 working days to get delivered.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your order.

●EKTA reserves the right to releasing refunds based on the condition of return. All
returns must be in their original packaging, unused and damage free. All bags
are hand checked for quality prior to shipping.
●By shopping on our website you automatically agree to our terms.
●Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipment fees.
●All returns and exchanges MUST be received within 30 days from when you
receive the order.
●Please hold on to the tracking information for all returns.
●We will not be held responsible for lost packages.
●Returns and exchanges must be in their original, unused, factory packed
condition with tags, barcodes attached.
●Any used items sent will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
●Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days.
●Please allow 10-15 business days for it to show up back on your account.
●If your order initially qualified for free shipping, that fee will now be deducted.
Cancellation will be accepted only if the order has not been processed from our end.Please e-mail with any changes or cancellation requests immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. In the event that we missed your email (due to holidays/weekend) and the order has been shipped by the warehouse, unfortunately we cannot cancel and return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
