HOW DO I SELECT ITEMS FOR PURCHASE?

To select the items, go to our website, select a category and click on the product that you want to purchase

Select the size, color, and quantity of the product you are willing to buy.  Finally, click on “Add to Cart.” After Clicking on the cart icon there occur two buttons namely, continue shopping and place an order. If you want to continue shopping, then click on continue shopping button else, click on check out after checking your purchase details. Enter your name, contact number, shipping address and other required details carefully and make sure you check the final price before moving forward.

Select one of the payment options, fill your payment details and your order is placed!

After placing the order, you will receive the order confirmation on your registered email ID. Check your spam folder in awe you didn't receive the information mail.

 

What Sizing do you follow ?

We follow an international standard for our footwear sizing as below. 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your order would be delivered on your shipping address through our trustworthy courier partners at your doorstep. Some of our courier partners include Bluedart, DHL Express, and FedEx Express.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from our side on your registered email. The confirmation mail will have all the detailed information related to your order.

 

HOW TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE CART?

To remove the items from your cart go to your cart and click on the "delete" button associated with the item you want to remove.

 

HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER?

To cancel your order, you can email our customer care at  by giving your order number within 2 hours of time you placed your order and your amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Usually, it takes 5-7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account. 

 

ARE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ALLOWED?

Get in touch with us by dropping us an email on . Our customer care executive will be happy to assist you and make the process as seamless as possible.While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the  pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice. 

The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 7-15 daysThe refund will be processed via credit/debit card in case of online payment and bank transfer in case of cash payment

I’ve ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes of course! We want to ensure your piece is the perfect fit! We are happy to resize your piece free of charge within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please contact us on hello@inochhi.com to process the exchange.

RETURNS:

The primary aim of  is customer satisfaction. Hence we ensure that every product matches the high-quality standards.

However, If by any chance the product purchased from  reflects some kind of fault or seems different from what it is shown on the website then along with our apologies we will refund you the order amount as soon as possible.

Please be enlightened that we, at I don't accept any return request, except when the product sent possess some significant fault or defect.

We accept payment through Cash on Delivery ( Only in Mumbai and New Delhi), and online payments methods like Credit & Debit Card or Net banking, Paytm,

CAN WE ORDER VIA PHONE?

Yes, our website is easily accessible through mobile phones which allows you to order your items through any handset. 

 

I PLACED MY ORDER THROUGH MY DEBIT /CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING PAYMENT METHOD, BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY WHICH WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?

First, check your bank/credit card account to ensure that if your account has been debited with the concerned amount. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the banks will generally roll it back within 7 business days. The time of refund varies from bank to bank. You need to contact your bank to get more details about the transaction.
